Let me start by saying that I love World of Warcraft. ALL things Warcraft. How did get to this point when just one year ago, I swore that WoW was a "big waste of time" and "not nearly as fun" as my current MMO of the time, City of Heroes. In this blog I hope to offer some insight for my friends and family as to why this is an obsession of mine.
First some background. I started playing City of Heroes in June 2005. It was my first MMO, and the only one to interest me at all. 2 years later, my now ex-wife (who also played CoH) wants a divorce. So logically with the separation and difficulties I was having with that, some of my CoH friends suggested trying WoW, as they played too. So this is where our story begins.
